The website is dedicated to helping LDS leaders be the best they can be. He canvases all kinds of topics all geared toward helping the LDS leader shine.
He’s started interviewing Bishop’s that are toward the end of their service, looking to glean from them the ideas that have served them best. We did a Google Hangout where he asked me to name the top 5 things I think a Bishop needs to know.
