Yesterday I gave a lesson to all the young women in our ward. One of the items we discussed was how the adversary takes reality and twists it. Here is a video I showed to them yesterday – it’s only about 1 min & 30 seconds long:

An average woman is morphed into something literally not human. No wonder our perception of beauty if distorted.
The pictures on the magazines in the check out isle have ALL been photoshopped. Hopefully you already knew that.
Please talk to your youth, especially young women, about how reality is being distorted. Help them find beauty within in themselves.
